Custom orders
Our catalog lists all of our pricing. When placing a custom order please note that I need the Item number, the color you would like and the size. 1 design is included in the price listed, whether it be front, back, sleeves or chest plate. Any extra design is $5.00 per placement. Adding custom designing or adding names, dates etc. is $10 more. When uploading your own image or logo it must be a vectored or transparent, printable PNG image with a 300 DPI. If it is not able to be printed the design fee of $10.00 will be charged to make it a workable image. An invoice will be sent with your total if your design is approved.
Processing times
My processing times are approximately 10-14 days from the date I receive your order to getting it in the mail to you. This allows me time to order the apparel before printing and pressing you order.
I am not responsible for out of stock items regarding colors or sizes through the manufacturer when ordering. I will email for an approved substitution or refund your purchase to order at a later date.
Refund/Return policy
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. you can now request a return online if you have a customer account.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items.) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom made items, sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
