WHY SHOULD YOU WASH YOUR DTF AND HTV SHIRTS WITH CARE?

DTF and HTV is a durable printing method for garments; however, there are a few concerns when retaining print quality. Many prints crack, fade and become damaged due to improper aftercare and handling of your printed shirt.

A common error when washing DTF and HTV printed items is that the items are washed and dried at a temperature much higher than required, resulting in cracked and peeling prints.

The industry standard for shirts is approximately 50 washes. DTF prints with water-based inks can last longer than 50 washes. The length of time your print lasts also depends on the type of detergent used, the temperature, and aftercare taken when caring for your printed shirt.

After Washing Your DTF Printed Shirt or HTV printed shirt you should Air Dry It!

After your shirt has been washed, leave it turned inside out and hang it out to air dry naturally in a shady area. If exposed to direct sunlight, the high heat generated from the sun may result in the print fading or cracking and quickening the aging process of the shirt.

A tumble dryer should not be used when drying your shirt. If necessary to use a tumble dryer, then the temperature should be kept low and the cycle on the lowest setting.

Many of us hold onto the sentimental value and cozy feeling our favorite shirt brings. There’s nothing worse than putting your shirt in the wash and realizing you’ve destroyed the print. The proper detergent and careful washing techniques will let you keep your print looking as good as new for at least 50 washes or for as long as your shirt lasts.

Adopting a strict aftercare routine with DTF or HTV printed shirts allows users to enjoy customized shirts without cracked, faded, or sun-damaged prints.

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. you can now request a return online if you have a customer account. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items.) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

My processing times are approximately 10-14 days from the date I receive your order to getting it in the mail to you. This allows me time to order the apparel  before printing and pressing you order. 

I am not responsible for out of stock items regarding colors or sizes through the manufacturer when ordering. I will email for an approved substitution or refund your purchase to order at a later date.

Feel free to leave a note at checkout to specify if you would like the design on the front or back. I will print the designs as posted if there is no note. For solid one-color designs I will print white or black depending on color of shirt chosen for best visibility. If you have a specific color in mind leave this in the notes. Ex. Pink writing on a black hoodie. There is no extra charge for this
