Care and handling
I want to share an important tip for taking care of your sublimation tumblers. It’s best to hand wash them instead of using a dishwasher. While it might be tempting to toss them in with the rest of your dishes, the high temperatures and abrasive detergents can actually damage the print on your tumblers.
Instead, simply use warm water and a gentle dish soap to clean your sublimation tumblers. You can even use a soft sponge or cloth to gently scrub away any dirt or stains. By hand washing them, you’ll ensure that the vibrant colors and intricate designs on your tumblers stay pristine for years to come.
Remember, sublimation products require special care to maintain their quality. Hand washing is just one way you can protect and preserve these unique items that we work so hard on creating! So take a few extra minutes after each use to give your sublimation tumblers some love and attention – they’ll thank you for it!
Refund and return policy
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. you can now request a return online if you have a customer account.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items.) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Instructions at ordering!!
Feel free to leave a note at checkout to specify if you would like the design on the front or back. I will print the designs as posted if there is no note. For solid one-color designs I will print white or black depending on color of shirt chosen for best visibility. If you have a specific color in mind leave this in the notes. Ex. Pink writing on a black hoodie. There is no extra charge for this
